A teacher beating a student, was caught on tape by a cell-phone in Houston Texas.
This has caused an up-roar, and is being investigated by the school district and Houston Police department.
The teacher was fired, and is currently under investigation for the incident. The student, a 13-year old boy was apparently beaten for teasing a fellow student.
When a teacher beats a student, you have to wounder why, but also why didn't anyone come to his aid. One student said, that other teachers just came and watched.
The mother of the boy, was beside herself, and is outraged at what happened to her son. Are children safe in school? It makes us wounder what can be done to prevent another incident like this.
